DELICIOUS, NUTRITIOUS SNACKS & SMALL PLATES
AVOCADO & BEET BOWL

This is a wonderful breakfast option for those going grain and gluten-free!
- 2 small or 1 large avocado
- 1 large beet, chopped up (roasted if you have the time, but still yummy if not!)
- 1 tbsp. bovine gelatin
- sea salt and pepper
Mix it all up in a bowl and enjoy! Also fabulous with broiled bacon and bacon fat mixed in!

BREAKFAST PUDDING
This concoction will seriously start your day off on the right foot!
- 2-4 scoops of a green powder (my favorite is "Garden of Life" Raw Perfect Food powder)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. Bovine Gelatin
- 2 raw eggs (pasture and organic, since consuming them raw)
- 1 Tbsp. Cod Liver Oil (Make sure that the brand you choose still has the naturally-occuring vitamins A & D!)
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey (I love "Really Raw", if not, local honey!)
Stir it all together in your favorite little bowl and enjoy!
